Well, again, I think it depends on how you define the two.
I would back the geek in a fight. A geek is far more likely to know how to fight (perhaps even Jedi-style).

I agree, pleth. I also feel geeks have better conversational skills, as they tend to dork out about stuff that interests them, and almost everything interests them.
